My sister runs a daycare centre in small-town Manitoba. When the people from the government came to check it out one of the suggestions they had was to have more pictures on the wall reflecting Canada’s multiculturalism. The photo of Air Canada’s noodles and chopsticks reflects this. I don’t know how many of the Chinese people on the plane are Canadian citizens but the noodles were definitely more popular and probably flavourful than the beef ‘n’ pasta served with a knife and fork earlier. I’m sure that Air Canada only alters the menu and cutlery from flights to and from Asia. You don’t get tortillas on a flight to Mexico do you? I don’t know because I’ve never been. The second photo is the sleepy guy with the aisle seat who I synchonised piss breaks with.
